EXISTING CLIENT CASE INFORMATION
ZOOM BANKRUPTCY HEARING
ALL bankruptcy clients must attend via ZOOM the "Meeting of Creditors" or "341 Meeting" usually schedule about 30 days after filing your case. It is a status conference attended by you and your attorney (via Zoom) with your case administrator (your "Trustee"). It is a way to verify that your information in the filed bankruptcy papers are correct to the best of your knowledge and that you reviewed the information with your attorney (Brett) prior to filing the case.
Chapter 13 Payment Instructions
Chapter 13 clients set up their monthly Chapter 13 payments (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or twice per month) using the www.tfsbillpay.com system. Brett provides specific instructions for each case.
The 2nd "Debtor Education" Course
After filing your case, take the pre-ordered DEBT EDUCATION or FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT COURSE ordered by Brett. You will receive an email from MY HORIZON TODAY pre-paid with instructions. Brett will receive your course certificate automatically.
Post-Meeting Chapter 7
After your Meeting of Creditors, your case will end and your debts will be "discharged" in about 60 - 80 days.
Post-Meeting Chapter 13
After your Meeting of Creditors, your bankruptcy payments will be paid automatically using the www.tfsbillpay.com system. Brett will have sent clear instructions and will personally review the process with you.
